- Alex Palomino, Ali Watts, Craig Calefate and Charlotte Canner received the Region 1 Mark of Excellence Award for Sports Photography from the Society of Professional Journalists in 2008
- First place at the National College Newspaper’s 2008 Convention in San Francisco, in the category of Four Year Non-Weekly
- Second Place: Overall Use of Photography for 2008 Student Society of News Design
- Honorable Mention: Photography Spread for 2008 Student Society of News Design
- First Place: Excellence in Design awarded to Brooke Burdge, Callie Fisher and Kelsey Butler, 2007 New York Press Association
- Honorable Mention, Four Year-College Non-Weekly, 2007 Associated Collegiate press National College Newspaper Convention
