  • First Place at the 2010 New York Press Association’s “Better Newspaper Contest”, in the category of Best Overall College Newspaper
  • First Place at the 2010 New York Press Association’s “Better Newspaper Contest”, in the category of General Excellence

  • Alex Palomino, Ali Watts, Craig Calefate and Charlotte Canner received the Region 1 Mark of Excellence Award for Sports Photography from the Society of Professional Journalists in 2008
  • First place at the National College Newspaper’s 2008 Convention in San Francisco, in the category of Four Year Non-Weekly
  • Second Place: Overall Use of Photography for 2008 Student Society of News Design
  • Honorable Mention: Photography Spread for 2008 Student Society of News Design
